Our commitment
Goose TraffIQ is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and helping our clients build more efficient, lower-impact transport networks.
Our approach
Cytrix and our other ITS systems are designed to process data locally at the roadside, reducing the bandwidth and cloud infrastructure typically required for equivalent monitoring systems.
We aim to specify hardware that is durable, repairable and vendor-agnostic where possible, reducing unnecessary replacement and e-waste.
Operations
We are reviewing our own operational footprint, including travel, energy use and procurement, with the aim of setting measurable reduction targets.
Continuous improvement
This policy will be reviewed periodically as our understanding of our environmental impact develops and as we set more specific, measurable commitments.
