Privacy Policy

How Goose TraffIQ collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with UK GDPR.

Who we are

Goose TraffIQ Ltd, of Sandford, Somerset, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of our business.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, organisation, email address and phone number — solely to respond to your enquiry. We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, after which they're deleted unless you become a client.

Cytrix and roadside data

Cytrix is designed with privacy by default: it is built to answer questions about road and pathway use, not to identify individuals, and processes data locally at the roadside with configurable retention. Specific data handling terms for a Cytrix deployment are agreed with each client individually.

Photos and imagery on this website

This website features photographs from our own installation and maintenance work. Where a member of the public is incidentally visible in a photo — for example, a passing driver captured through a windscreen, or a readable vehicle registration plate — we blur that detail before publishing the image. This applies regardless of whether the photo was taken by us or sourced from a licensed stock library, since a standard image licence does not itself confirm that everyone visible has consented to appear on our website. If you believe you appear in an image on this site and would like it reviewed or removed, please contact us using the details below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
